This is a hands-on creative role. You'll edit reels, brand films, and ad creatives for real clients — work that goes live and gets seen.
Video Editor & Motion Designer
We're looking for a video editor who can turn raw footage into compelling content — reels, ad films, brand stories, and social videos that stop the scroll. You'll work closely with our creative and marketing teams, editing for multiple clients across industries. A strong eye for pacing, storytelling, colour, and platform-specific formats is essential.
What You'll Do
- →Edit reels, short-form videos, and ad creatives for social media
- →Produce brand films and promotional videos for clients
- →Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, and sound design
- →Format and optimise content for Instagram, YouTube, and Meta Ads
- →Work with the team to ideate visual formats and storytelling angles
What We're Looking For
- →Proficiency in Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
- →Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition
- →Experience editing reels or short-form content (portfolio required)
- →Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- →Bonus: motion graphics, colour grading, or CapCut experience
Sales Executive
We're looking for a driven sales professional to bring in new clients for our digital marketing, media production, and technology services. You'll own the pipeline from first conversation to signed project, working closely with our strategy and creative teams.
What You'll Do
- →Follow up on inbound leads and run discovery calls
- →Identify and reach out to new prospects across industries
- →Prepare proposals with the strategy team and close deals
- →Maintain the pipeline and report on targets
What We're Looking For
- →Excellent communication in English (Kannada/Hindi a plus)
- →Experience in agency, SaaS, or services sales preferred
- →Comfortable with targets, follow-ups, and negotiation
- →Bonus: knowledge of digital marketing services
